PANEL PROCEDURE <\/strong><\/h4>

In the event of a complaint, the consumer can complain as follows:<\/p>

Contact the seller by e-mail, the internet or telephone. The Buyer can make a complaint about the service orally or in writing. The seller must reply to the complaint within 30 days, in particular by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. If the complaint is rejected, the seller must state the reasons for his decision and inform the Buyer of the authority or conciliation body to which he may refer the complaint.<\/p>

If the product is defective within the warranty period, the customer has the right to request that the defect be remedied. If the complaint has been settled by replacing the goods with a new product, the guarantee period will start again from the date of replacement. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the guarantee period shall not be extended. The Buyer will be informed immediately of the result of the assessment.<\/p>

The buyer must return the product in secure packaging to ensure that it remains intact during transport. The product should be dispatched only after prior notification of the seller (by phone or e-mail). The seller will not accept goods sent COD. The returned product must be accompanied by the invoice or a copy thereof. The cost of transporting the claimed goods to the service centre is borne by the buyer from the buyer to the seller. The seller shall bear the costs of returning the goods once a valid claim has been established.<\/p>
