Delivery information leaflet

We deliver the ordered products on working days, and we will send you an e-mail with the exact dispatch and delivery date.
The package will be delivered directly to the recipient at the address indicated by courier service.
(GLS, DPD).

For products in stock: the purchased product will be delivered within 1-5 working days after the order is processed.
We will inform you by e-mail of the planned delivery date.

In case of a sold out product: the product is out of stock.
If you are interested in this product, please contact us for a stocking date.

The seller accepts no liability:

• delays in the delivery of goods due to a delivery service,
• delay in delivery of the goods due to incorrect address of the Buyer/receiver,
• damage caused by the courier service.

Sending the parcel does not mean delivery!
