COMPLAINT HANDLING, WARRANTY

PANEL PROCEDURE

In the event of a complaint, the consumer can complain as follows:

Contact the seller by e-mail, the internet or telephone.
The Buyer can make a complaint about the service orally or in writing.
The seller must reply to the complaint within 30 days, in particular by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
If the complaint is rejected, the seller must state the reasons for his decision and inform the Buyer of the authority or conciliation body to which he may refer the complaint.

If the product is defective within the warranty period, the customer has the right to request that the defect be remedied.
If the complaint has been settled by replacing the goods with a new product, the guarantee period will start again from the date of replacement.
In the event of an unjustified complaint, the guarantee period shall not be extended.
The Buyer will be informed immediately of the result of the assessment.

The buyer must return the product in secure packaging to ensure that it remains intact during transport.
The product should be dispatched only after prior notification of the seller (by phone or e-mail).
The seller will not accept goods sent COD.
The returned product must be accompanied by the invoice or a copy thereof.
The cost of transporting the claimed goods to the service centre is borne by the buyer from the buyer to the seller.
The seller shall bear the costs of returning the goods once a valid claim has been established.

ADVICE

The warranty conditions are as follows:

Start of warranty: the warranty period starts from the day of sale of the product.

Limited warranty period: if the device is used for rental or commercial purposes, the warranty period is limited to 30 days.

Battery warranty: the battery warranty period is 6 months.

Warranty Obligation: ROLL-MARKET.COM shall repair or replace any defective part within the warranty period.

Under these conditions, customers can rely on ROLL-MARKET.COM’s support if the products show manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE

The guarantee is valid only if the product is used for its intended purpose.

In the cases listed below, ROLL-MARKET.COM does not provide warranty protection:

  • damage resulting from the use of a repair or maintenance method not carried out in accordance with the instructions
  • damage caused by the use of scooters in competition
  • wear parts (e.g. tyres, brakes, bulbs, etc.)
  • damage from improper transport or storage
  • the rented product has limited warranty protection (see above)
  • damage or defect caused by external impact, damage or defect.
  • in the event of demand exceeding the technically prescribed capacity
  • for changes made to the device
  • damage resulting from misuse
  • when the device’s km counter exceeds 2000 km.

SAFE USE

One passenger uses the device at a time.

Make sure you obey traffic rules.

Always stand with both feet on the device and hold the handlebars with both hands.

Please wear safety equipment when using the scooter.

Practise in safe places before using your scooter in traffic.

For your safety, set the maximum speed to 25 km/h.
for maximum speed.
Above 15 km/h, turn on the lights.

Do not switch on the scooter in temperatures below -5°C.

Do not use flammable materials to clean the scooter.

Do not clean with a pressure washer.

Follow the traffic rules.

When not in use, keep the device in a dry, cool place.

Please slow down or dismount when travelling on uneven roads.

Do not use the scooter on slippery surfaces.

Do not drive into water puddles deeper than 3 cm.

Do not use the scooter in bad weather conditions (e.g. rain, snow)

Please do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the scooter.

Please do not use the scooter when it is too hot or too cold.
Keep away from flammable materials and open flames.
Do not expose to strong sunlight.
