Delivery information leaflet

We deliver the ordered products on working days, and we will send you an e-mail with the exact dispatch and delivery date. The package is delivered directly to the recipient at the indicated address by courier service (GLS, DPD).

For products in stock: The purchased product will be delivered within 1-5 working days after the order is processed. You will be informed of the scheduled delivery time by e-mail.

In the case of a sold-out product: The product is not in stock. If you are interested in this product, please contact us for a stocking date.

The seller accepts no liability:

• delays in the delivery of goods due to a delivery service,
• delay in delivery of the goods due to incorrect address of the Buyer/receiver,
• damage caused by the courier service.

Sending the parcel does not mean delivery!
